It is an extremely powerful analytics tool that works closely with all SAP products such as HANA with clean interface APIs providing data links to the database with minimal lead time for DATA loading .We are able to efficiently create custom dashboards with minimal efforts by using their interactive tools and user interface.

We can also set up automated dashboards that auto retrieve selected data and load it into our dashboard for ready usage by end user. This software is used across all cross-functional teams as data is from different department s are spooled into this platform to generate results. This software uses efficient business intelligence and machine learning models to generate efficient output to end users to take-up important business decisions.

Tableau Desktop

It provides superior connectivity to databases compared to Tableau as it is SAP product and all our ERP s used in Sales ,Planning and Dispatch is SAP .Its interface is more clean and intelligent to Tableau and offers superior BI models to generate effective report for the users. Its license cost is way cheaper compared to Tableau.

Being a regular SAP HANA user I am extremely confident to use Analytics cloud as they have maintained a similar USER interface so that regular SAP users can get accustomed to it .They have added all competitive feature to make the product attractive user friendly and powerful. This product is a much needed addition to the SAP ecosystem.

Support Rating

They have an interactive SAP Cloud forum where one can create accounts and ask question to existing forum member and get solution for queries asked. Also they have a dedicated support section on the website where it required to create a ticket for any query and they provide a solution for the same in a very efficient and quick manner for issues related to technical ,license cloud connectivity related problems.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is highly recommended for users who are closely working in a SAP environment with analytics requirements .Instead of searching for external solutions from different vendors such as Tableau it is best suited to go ahead with SAP inhouse analytics solution as it provides superior connectivity to databases connected to Sapp Hana /B1 and generated outputs quicker and searching for support is easier on their user support platforms as well as from dedicated SAP support.

It is highly recommended for users who are working with SAP ERP and not other ERP users.
