I prefer the output of information and visual charts to be translatable into all languages, especially RTL languages, and this feature should be added to all SAP products by default, and graphic themes and fonts appropriate to that language should also be used for it. This provides us with a step towards localization as well as better communication with the audience in seminars and meetings.
Relevant references, guides, video tutorials in plain language, and the hint should be included in all pages and different sections of the software so that the novice user can remind it again.
Mobile UI design should be better than this and have the ability to download and display more output file types.

In one case, we needed the support service to respond very quickly and listen to all the questions patiently and carefully and announce the answer.

This is one of the SAP cloud-based software products that Business Intelligence has a very fast and easy operation of. It does not require database knowledge and data analysis science to use it.
