Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We have been investigating it to use it for month end closing reporting in the Finance area.
  • Easy to get figures with live connection and existing queries
  • Quite easy to create nice looking reports
  • Quite fast even with live connection
  • Sharing of reports for non SAP Analytics Cloud users
  • No possibility to print report to Excel
  • Easier publishing of reports to other users
  • Better quality reporting
  • Quicker month end closing
From scratch, it is quite easy to do reports but SAP provided templates are very hard to use.

It is easy to get a nice report done with a live data connection, but it comes with downside as well. Not all functionality is available for live data connection.
