Our firm provides bookkeeping and bill payment services to a range of clients throughout the U.S. It is used for all clients we provide these services to and to clients who want to do their own bookkeeping but want us to be there. It allows us to work with a variety of clients across the U.S. in a real-time manner. The information it provides allows us to provide higher services.

  • Additional layer of department/location allocation
  • Invoicing option in mobile app
Retail, professional services, non-manufacturing, or non-inventory-based clients are a great fit.
Needs some work. Support staff seem to be computer people, not accountants or users of the system. Their answers sometimes seem short and computer-based. Not answered in a way that says, "I have thought through this and here is what I see to do."
