Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We connect to multiple customers and transact millions of dollars over the network each year. It enables us to offer a truly omnichannel procurement strategy to our customer base.

Overall, a pretty polished UX. Some issues with load times and screen sizing.
  • Integration with Other Systems
As a supplier, we integrate with all of these and more due to customer mandate. My experience of working with SAP Ariba, is that they are thought leaders and much better to work with than the competition.

Very well placed to deal with large, complex, global procurement requirements. Less well placed for customers who want to utilise API.
