Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

It is in the deployment phase with the objective of being used by the entire organization to manage negotiations and operational purchasing, within a global cost management process that ranges from cost plan to payment.
The main problems are having a global model, as well as change management, and the onboarding of suppliers to the Ariba network portal.
  • SaaS application with adaptable purchasing model.
  • Allows configuration of sourcing processes and contracts.
  • Have a platform to interact with suppliers.
  • More agile and simple process for onboarding suppliers in AribaNetwork.
  • Initial loading processes (contract-terms, custom forms, etc.).
  • Fixed asset purchase process to increase functionality.
  • Relationship between realm child and parent to share master data.
  • Supplier qualification process to increase functionality.
  • It is still in the deployment phase, so that information cannot be obtained.
Better adaptation to a defined cost model.
