Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
We use SAP Ariba Procurement to track two of our biggest customers. They require us to submit invoices through their Ariba portal. we can follow a job from Purchase Order to Invoice in one place. It notifies us immediately if the customer has issued a Purchase Order or if there's an update on PO. It also lets us know the status of an invoice and when will we get paid. It has tons of functions.
- Provides immediate notification if the status of PO or invoice has changed.
- You can track a deal from purchase order to payment in one place.
- Everything is online.
- If there's a mistake made in the process of invoicing, the customer has to void the invoice before I can submit another invoice because it is linked to the same PO.
- Can not edit an invoice if it has been processed.
- Lots of functions and potentials, takes some time to learn.
- PO tracking.
- Invoicing management.
- We get notified immediately by email when a PO has been issued or changed. It saves us time going back and forth with customers by email.
- We can see the audit trail. Any change is recorded in the system and easy to track.
- We can customize what we put on the invoice. Can be very specific.
