Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

SAP Integration Suite is used currently for our SuccessFactor interface as well as for eDocument/AIF. It addresses the legal compliance issue of eInvoicing in EU and ePayment in Mexico. This requirement is believed to be expanded quickly in the future; therefore, we have chosen a standard solution from SAP to cope with.
  • Pre-defined codes to fulfill local legal requirements.
  • Easy to use/read the pre-defined processes.
  • Well designed connection to AIF and ECC.
  • Specifically, on eInvoicing, the different file format is being included in different solution package with separate fees (Peppol and non-Peppol format).
  • Without SAP Integration Suite, for each country with eInvoicing requirement, we would need to implement customized solutions with very high risks of error, and definitely not standardized.
  • Much shorter implementation time.
  • Easier supporting process post-go-live.
Yes, we do include integration capabilities enabling cloud on-premises application, device, and data integration. We are still running ECC (not on S/4 yet), but SAP Integration Suite gives the possibility to start already using this cloud-based solution before moving to S/4. This mainly provided benefit with our Success Factor implementation as it is a cloud-based application where our ERP is not, but with SCPI, we can well connect the two.
SAP Integration Suite has already built-in solutions. It is cloud-based, and is S/4 compatible.
SAP Integration Suite is well suited for fulfilling the legal requirements with SAP pre-defined solutions/processes. However, companies need to understand the country requirements to make sure that minimal solution packages will be required.
