Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

It is used for developing, as a starting point, a vendor/sales platform that will replace and improve on our current one that was previously implemented on SAP Portal (now an obsolete technology). It is critical for our business as the purchase and shipping of the new apparel collection every season defines how well the sales period will be, and SAP Integration Suite enables this.
  • Renewed technology for development (not obsolete)
  • Provides new way of interacting and presenting the data to our users
  • Cloud component
  • Licensing is confusing
  • Need more SAP partners available
  • I would like it if other types of programming (other than HTML, Java) were available to work with in SCP. I would prefer something more "high level" or easier to use and not so technical.
  • It has been mandatory tech replacement, not driven by a business use case (since former tech is obsolete).
Sorry we didnt compare it to others
For us, it is well suited for any external platform for our users, who are not really experienced with typical SAP front end. In the future, we may be able to use it more after it has been tested and proved in the current context and once we migrate to S/4 as the development platform to cover any missing functionalities or extensions.
