Good but Could be Better

I use SAP Concur to create a business travel request, book travel and reconcile. SAP Concur provides the ability to obtain travel estimates to send to management for approval. It also allows the ability to book travel and reconcile travel expenses. Reconciling expenses seem intuitive. However, there seems to always be corrections made by our Accounting department to ensure that the correct information is included in the approval request. Not sure if there are limitations with the product or potential configuration that can be done on our end to make required information a default. For instance, our company requests a breakdown by room rate, taxes, etc. However, that is not easily determined when reconciling.

I am not familiar with any integrations my organization has with SAP Concur.

I am unfamiliar with previous processes to elaborate on how SAP Concur may or may not have helped our organization to evolve, grow and adapt.

SAP Concur is the only travel product I have used within my organization. As an employee, I appreciate being able to complete everything business travel related using one product. I also appreciate the transparency of being able to see where my requests are in the approval status.
