Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use it for booking travel and travel expenses. During the year, I use it mainly for business traveling and booking flights and hotels, entering receipts, reimbursements, etc.
- User experience is seamless
- Booking hotels is easy
- Uploading receipts
- Booking flights by fare can be slow sometimes and doesn’t always populate the fee
- The codes for trips or expenses can be confusing
- The mobile experience could be more like the desktop version
- Saves me time after a trip and filing expenses
- Easy booking experience for hotels and flights vs other platforms
- Approval by Managers is easy
The user experience and finding topics or certain pages is easier with the SAP Concur app.
We integrate payroll and demographic files for clients with SAP Concur.
I think the app is easy to use, but I would love to see the app version to be more innovative.
I think it’s beneficial to both myself and my manger for travel approvals, expenses, etc.
