Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use Concur for travel and expenses. The tools is currently helping us to minimize the paper work and manual approvals. This tools helps us to manage and maintain compliance to our travel and expenses policy automatically. Approval flow helps us to get visibility and Approval to the expenses and travel aligns to our policy. Reporting is key, now we got visibility on expenses.

We haven't gone through that analysis. We chose Concur directly based on the ability to integrate with our current payment system SAP ECC. Concur system is a sole source for our Organization.
Concur UI was very friendly and impressive OCR on the invoice reading plus mobile application to account the expenses very easily or the key factors.

SAP ECC systems for payment processing. We have Concur integrated with SAP ECC since all our payments are processed through that systems. Concur is used to capture, approve expenses. Once approved the payment advice will be posted in SAP ECC for payments. Also employee data is integrated with SAP HR system
Audit policy and automated workflows are key. There was a significant effort gone through in processing paper based expenses. Approval was not transparent and auditable. Following the expenses and travel policy is something that not easy to maintain. Concur system address theses issues and provided an innovative solutions on top of that easy integration with our existing system
For users it saves time and efforts. Manual process is not only a pain to management its also a time consuming process for the end users. Also they faces missed payments delayed approvals, missing accruals also no traction on the compliance and Approval process. These factors add significant heavy lifting for the end users.
