Claim expenses in a jiffy through SAP Concur.
Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
In my current organization and my first company, SAP Concur was used. Sometimes, we travel or have claims or reimbursements for which we have to give a bill to the company. Later, they will audit, approve it from the manager and other people in the hierarchy, and then reimburse the amount you have applied for a business requirement. For this purpose, SAP Concur is used.
Pros
- Expense claim.
- Travel claim.
- Generating report of claims.
- Tracking claim status.
- Workflow can be viewed.
- Email notifications of status of claim.
Cons
- UI has room for improvement.
- Can be integrated with SSO tools more seamlessly.
- If any claim is returned, then email notification should trigger.
- Improved financial workflow.
- Transparent process of claims.
- One stop solution for any business travel billing.
- Reporting can be done.
- Return on investments is high.
OKTA SSO is integrated with SAP Concur for accessing the platform with the same credentials across platforms. Otherwise, no software is integrated with SAP Concur. For emailing claim notifications, integration is done with Outlook.
I found the claim creation process simple: upload receipts and get them audited. Also, it is simple to use. Claims can be monitored on the dashboard. Since it is an expense management platform, expenses are adapted for all types of travel, gyms, flights, cabs, etc. It helps build overall trust by keeping the entire process transparent.
Employee experience As far as I have, I made claims for my cab expenses, traveling through flights, and later, it was audited, and I was notified about the same. Sometimes, claims are returned, but no notifications come for this. You have to check the system for your claim status manually. The UI has scope of improvement to be honest, features seems to be scattered.
