Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We used SAP Concur for travel management and expense management and it actually works very intuitively via user-friendly interface. You need to get used to it first, but afterwards very straightforward and convenient. Also cloud-based experience is very important as we can access the console from any location when I need it.

Pros

  • Uploading invoices can be easier, not very straightforward
  • I believe the overall ROI is high considering the level of automation
SAP has very good reputation and the suite of integrated products. Quality is high for SAP products and therefore our organization trust SAP Concur
The integration with SAP S/4HANA allows us for automated data synchronization, so expense reports and travel bookings are accurately reflected in financial records without manual entry.
SAP Concur now connects travel, expense, and invoice management into a single platform, so we have a unified view of spending. This helps us maintain better control over finances. And very important feature is the mobile app which enables us to submit expenses on the go, capturing receipts instantly and managing travel plans efficiently.
The level of automation, it reduces manual tasks, and via user-friendly interface or even mobile app we can easily submit expenses and easily upload invoices and track all our reporting in the single place.

SAP Concur is definitely suitable for expense management, integrating with approval workflow and reporting. Very convenient and significantly reduces manual tasks for integrated approach to travel, expense, and invoice management. For large organizations with lots of travel SAP Concur does a really great job automating the processes. We use it on a daily basis.
