E2E process matching and expenses settlement based on the travel booked so that the expense reports creation/submission process is short and easy
To many data to be entered - at least I cannot find possibility to either:
use historical data
set up defaults for particular fields
ai for scanning invoices/tickets to get value and type of the expense item

it is very time consuming to report expense right in the first attempt. probably due to company specific policies.
but it helps to keep it in one place (Employeer/supervisor view

Interface is intuitive.
Once forms are filled in the correct way, reimbursement of T&E costs is very fast.
It is very convenient to get the updated status and reminders about your Expense Reports.
Information about the required actions/comments from the processing party are presented in the right way on the top of the screen.
I like the way I can add receipts and select to particular expense in report.
There are 2 points that I miss/I cannot find
1) possibility of defaulting some values for respective types of expenses, that are always the same - sometimes not intuitive to remember.
2) possibility to add attachement to the header of report - it would be helpful to add overall approvals for the trip for example.

Efficiency

It is now very easy to submit expenses, follow up the status, add attachements. Although the process of fulfiling is timeconsuming for first time(s) after getting some experience is very convenient.
Concur is at the moment as well one source of truth and communication platform between employees and processing Teams (e.g. Finance department).
From my, employee perspective it helps in Travel and Expenses settlement.

Scalability

cooperation between the employee and different departments is visible and looks as easily set up (although I am not part of the implementation team for this project - I am more an user and observer from Solution Architect's perspective).
Also possibility of integration e.g. with Amex database gathering the AMEX card payments straight to Concur in a form of report/expense are very helpful.

Ease of Integration

It looks as an easy tool to integrated with required ecosystem tools. What i can see integrated in my organization it is:
- Amex Reservation Platform for flights, hotels and cars
- Amex Company Cards payments by particular employees in the form of reports that can be updated with required data by the employee and sent for approval/reimbursement.

I confirm that after implementing SAP Concur as Travel and Expense Management tool in my organization for sure productivity increases in following areas:- Time spent on finding and booking the Flights- Hotel finding and booking - e.g. close to Company or Client offices- Expenses settlement overall from Employe claiming to Finance Team.
