Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur for our procurement card processing and our travel and expense reports.

Pros

  • Allows UK to implement difficult policies
  • Integrates well and allows us to customize postings
  • Allows us to schedule our posting on a periodic basis

Cons

  • Cloud processing at end of month and year are slow
  • Cognos is awful
  • Sometimes errors still appear when a correction is done.
  • Faster reimbursement
  • Have used more what we expected of submitted reports (higher cost)
  • Reconciling open and not submitted reports is still an issue
I was not a decision maker. I shared strengths and weaknesses of each product and I didn't make decision.
Procurement card processing.
It integrates well and has solved some AP issues, but I am technical, so I can't speak to all of that.
Allows a solution that is easy for the users to use and provided training so that they can enter their travel on their own.

It allowed us to remove a custom procurement card system and that freed up resources. The workflow that it allowed us to do makes it easier for approvals.
