Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We are using SAP Concur as our travel booking, hotel booking platform. Most of the issues with integration with bank. When we transact anything and upload receipts its not readily available transaction.

Pros

  • Air booking
  • Hotel booking
  • Submitting expense report and uploading receipts from app

Cons

  • Integration with more apps like parking apps.
  • There is no reminder notification to submit the expense report we had to built bot to get the report and send reminder messages on webex.
integration with uber apps, lyft and few other apps is good
It benefitted in a way to track expenses and approval
