Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is used to book travel and submit expenses. One key issue we found at my current organization that when ever a hotel needs a advance payment on company credit card, it shows up as sold out. I need to work with my technical team to understand how better this can be displayed. Otherwise, I have used concur to submit expenses and I love the product.

- Show hotel rates instead showing show rates
- Excel template would be helpful as we can upload if needed
- Use interface to connect to vendors to extract data like Uber, Marriot and upload receipts automatically
