Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use it for Expense Reporting and Travel.
Pros
- User Friendly
- Good functionality on loading images
- Many of the times it has a lot of the expense information broked down for you
Cons
- The travel booking feature is very limited on what it finds. I find much better capabilities in Expedia and other tools.
- The travel book also misses potential ways to get there at cheaper prices
- Group dinners are very hard to expense, the admin has to spend a lot of time matching the expense to the people and are limited to the number of people that she can add.
- Employees spend less time on expense reports.
- Finance spends less time on expense reporting.
SAP ECC and SAP S4
