Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

we use it for travel expenses, usually problems to set it up according to local law requirements

Pros

  • the app where you can store all your bills at any time
  • provides my card spends as available expenses

Cons

  • provide easier solutions for local law requirements
  • digitalization moved from Excel to Concur
  • approval flow helps to track the process
  • linkage with the expenses from the booking company portal
we decided to use Concur because of usage of other products
integration with the travel agency and bookings and expenses done through their portal
moving from excel and scanning of documents to an automated well working software accessible on any device, that changed a lot
less manual work, expenses available online, everything in one place
