Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Concur itself is quite easy to work on the approval processes on most of expense items and travel endorsements. A problem is that we have not implemented SAP suite yet and then we are not fully leveraging seamless authorization processes of Concur yet for the travel pre-approvals.
Pros
- Intuitive expense UI
- Easy for tracking records for auditing
Cons
- Unless we have not used full package of SAP, we could be unable to unlock all of functionalities of Concur.
- The implementation of Concur resulted in the reductions of work forces in Finance division.
Concur is not fully integrated into SAP ecosystems. If the users have implemented SAP extensively, we could see a big advantage of Concur against these expense and payroll management systems.
Oracle Netsuite
Integrations with AI orchestrator like Joule could be a huge innovations for expense management processes and it is expected to reduce the pains of expense processes.
With Concur, could establish system governances on the expense and travel approval, which is directly linking to expense procedures.
