Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur simplifies business trip expenses. I am a member of the Sales team at our organization and every time I travel for business (including Sales Kick Offs, Mid Year Kick Offs, Trainings, Customer onsites) I need to use SAP Concur to ensure my expenses are reimbursed. This tool makes it very easy to do all of this.

I've given this rating because of how often I use this tool and how easy it is to use this tool. I'm grateful that my organization has this tool because I'm confident I'll get reimbursed correctly every time. I never get frustrated when I have to use this tool because I trust that it will get the job done. I strongly recommend using this tool.
SAP Concur integrates with our CRM, HR, ERP, and accounting systems. While I was not on the team that worked on these integrations, I've learned that our teams had no issues getting these integrations set up. It is essential that all of these integrations are set up correctly and efficiently.

Our organization uses it to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and gain visibility into spending. Before using this solution teams would have to do all of this work manually. Now everything flows automatically. E receipts upload directly from vendors. The best part is that reports route automatically for approval based on policy rules.
This tool makes your employees lives easier. Having to deal with all of this used to be very stressful. Now all of our departments worldwide can use this. It's so important to have a solution like this no only makes the users life easier but the admins life easier as well. This is especially important when your company is growing.
This tool integrates well with the tools we use at our organization. We have not had any issues and we look forward to continuing to use this tool. The last thing you want is to have issues with integrating into your tech stack.
