Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal
Used across the organization for writing some pixel-perfect report. It helps on floor where users does not have continuously access to intranet so they user printed reports.
- Connects to a variety of data sources easily
- Stable product & strong user community for help
- Pixel-perfect reporting at its best
- Still two similar client tools causes some confusion to super users
- Some form of ad-hoc reporting features would help
- UI is little aged so better make it contemporary
