Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal

I'm a Business Consultant. I give training of "Crystal Reports." I think this is a very robust application. It has a particular form of work that you need to understand in order to obtain good results. I would like them to improve the different types of graphs. Easy access to help, with samples of functionality. For a programmer of reports in "Crystal Reports," you need good training and to know something of database terms.
  • Easy to create reports
  • Combined with SAP BO security you can access different users with different roles
  • Can add easily any comments about your data. Even I think I can use CR for generating infographics
  • I recently only use CR for training
SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) Platform, SAP Lumira, Microsoft Power BI
CR is good for reporting, but I think is not appropriate for creating Dashboards for example.
