Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The entire company is using Crystal Reports to make reports that track progress and performance in the various departments. A few different business problems are addressed by Crystal Reports, mainly tied to how we are performing versus our KPIs and we address issues based on the reports that we create.

SAP Business Objects and Google Charts

SAP Crystal Reports is great because it is easy to use (once you learn the program) and the possibilities are endless. We also use some other programs as well as SAP Crystal Reports for some additional reports and related visuals. We went to SAP because of the possibilities of additional SAP programs as well.

SAP Crystal Reports is great for creating reports for pretty much anything. You can customize the reports or use templates already provided to create whatever you need for your department or organization. But the program might be a little less suited for very small company without large data to sort through.

Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports
