We are using SAP Customer Data Platform across the organozation to customize the customer journey in a way that can be personalized for every touchpoint. The personalization scenarios we have designed using this solution helped us in a huge way. The ability to create customized journeys tailored to user segments leveraging behavioral data and AI was the best part.
