Overall Satisfaction with SAP ERP
SAP ERP is our core platform for all our business areas, currently set on-premise but integrated with the new SAP on-cloud solutions such as Concur and Fieldglass. Also, our FI appliances are integrated with non-SAP operational systems through SAP PI. In summary, we have a hybrid and integrated ecosystem that allows the unification of most financial operations in one place.
- Centralized and reliable accounting.
- Customizable to the operation and core business of our company.
- Wide and extensive network of consultants specialized in each module.
- User experience not friendly, difficult to teach to new SAP users.
- Any change or improvement must be made by a professional in general with high fees, not for everyone.
- Management cost, requires an on-site team to manage it.
- Get control of data and processes but you sacrifice the UX.
- UX is improved with the Fiori layer but it is sold separately.
- Standardization of processes: priceless.
