We are using SAP Fieldglass to manage external supplier and manage its account properties and validity

Usage of the web interface it’s easy and user friendly.
iOS app it’s quickly and simple, with just a foto it’s possible to store the invoice and system automatically recognize the expenses.
Good integration with credit card company to and excellent functionality to assign the credit card expenses to relative invoice.

Yes - Working very good, automatically invoice property recognition is an excellent functionality.
The functionality that allowing to take a foto of invoice help to avoid to forgot the expenses registration
