Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

I am a user that is in the tool every single day. We currently use Fieldglass to manage our contingent workforce of over 18,000 employees. One big issue we face is pricing/rate visibility and Fieldglass allows total transparency between our suppliers to know we are getting the market value while also displaying market trends. On top of this, SAP is always ahead of the game with KPIs and investing in the new and improved technology which we then reap the benefits of in our system after big releases and software updates.

At our company we have over 18,000 contingent workers that vary from Statement of Work resources to job postings to Temps. All of these people are in Fieldglass and may have different invoicing or time tracking. The tool allows for all of this at the same time while integrating with at least 3 other systems.
The interface overall is very easy to follow and understand. The only time I have some confusion is around the connector library and glossary. This does seem to improve during every release but is the only area that gives me pause.

I have some limited experience with other VMS tools and still will prefer Fieldglass over the others. It's user friendly and more integrated with the various other systems we use. SAP gives a level of visibility and user experience that is second to none. They invest in their tool and it shows.
