SAP HANA performed better as compared to other platforms and we are using SAP HANA for more than 2 years now , I am happy with the performance of in-memory database for out native appliacetions
Support definitely needs more training and the support ETA should be checked , the support staff is not great and they need more training to work on critical issues or P1 issues , which will help the team to work better on support related tickets
