Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos

We use it firm-wide for our yearly HIPAA compliance as well as custom training courses specific to the firm.
  • Tracks which users have completed specific courses.
  • Easy to track who is HIPAA compliant.
  • Automatically assigns and notifies users when it's time to take the yearly HIPAA compliance course.
  • I don't like the new Content section. I preferred the old course list.
  • Need easier ways to bulk change users profiles.
  • Simplified training compliance.

Easy to track compliance
Implementation went fairly smooth. I do wish there were easier ways to do a mass update or bulk change of users profiles.
Well suited to track yearly compliance on courses.
