Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
It is being used by our whole organization. We do all onboarding of new employees, training of existing employees, and use it for tracking and compliance as well.
Pros
- User-friendly
- Tries to make suggested updates.
Cons
- Not timely with fixing bugs.
- Bad communication about updates.
- Does not fix items before rolling out new items which makes fixing what is wrong more difficult.
- Lacks basic functionality like assign by date, and reporting options they got rid of.
- Simplified reporting
- Enabled ability to know who has the information and who it hasn't reached.
Litmos is user-friendly and other than that it lacks a lot. I have tickets that have never been resolved and many that continue to come up without any permanent fix.
