Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used across the entire organization. We are customizing the e-learning experienced based on department, role, etc. It addresses problems associated with manually assigning training and recording data which is great.

Overall, it functions very well, but there are occasional glitches and some courses are hard to follow.

There wasn't really too much information provided on how the system functions. It was more learn by yourself, but the Litmos Support Team provided great help when needed.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is more suited to larger companies where a record is required to be kept and managed for a large number of staff members. Maybe less suitable in smaller companies.
