Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

We have enabled the service process for different case types to help ensure the best outcome and quick time to value. Case Management and Live Call activity using Davinci (Integrated with Cisco System).
Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter etc.).
We could not integrate with Instagram using Sprinkler as this product was not supported by SAP.

  • Instagram Integration using SAP Standard Utility
  • Reduced customer service resolution time due to tight integration with Sales Cloud
  • All other features add value to the business
  • Product is satisfactory in general.
Wasy to Integrate with Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Emarsys.
We saw good improvement in our customer service capabilities and had significant impact on our business operations.
During evaluation , we found sap service cloud is better in all aspects especially ease to use.
