Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are implementing some modules this year and more next year. We had multiple different systems that didn't talk to each other, so our primary objective was to transform our HR and technology to have one system.
Pros
- Tie employee information cross modules
- Reporting functions
- Onboarding
Cons
- Make it easy to configure so that any employee moves within the organization are immediately reflected in the performance module.
- When performance evaluation forms are built, too have them ready to launch immediately, not several hours later.
- Too early for us to measure impact
We are a small local organization. Global compliance doesn't apply to us.
I was not on the original evaluation team, but I understand SAP SuccessFactors have is the most confidence that it would ensure gov't-level security.
