Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I moved into RCM\ONB support six years ago and it’s been a journey. Learning the ins and outs of the tool was a challenge. We have finally reached a point where we know the limitations of the tool and know the best ways to support our end users with it. There is a lot of excitement around where ONB 2.0 will take us in supporting candidates and making the onboarding process more personal and less about completing tasks.
- Continual Updates on Future Improvements
- Flexibility for accommodating our expanding business needs for mass hiring
- Mass hiring in RCM Interview scheduling. It generally works for non-agent hiring but for the complexity of quick moving hiring processes
- Faster time from app to hire
- Time saver with document signature through DocuSign
For ONB specifically, I see a lot of effort to accommodate the needs of local markets for compliance. However in nearly every non-US market the local teams consistently want changes to the compliance panels making the work SAP has done only the starting point for the work.
