We currently utilize Learning Management to manage our employees' training and enable Professional development through our LinkedIn integration. In addition, we utilize our systems as we consult with clients for implementation, optimization and migrations testing out scenarios and providing solutions for presales or during the implementation of the product.
Pros
- Ease of User for Admin and Users
- Great Support Documentation and reference guides
- Dynamic Assigning of training
- Instructor view for ILT and VLT Classes
- Integrations with 3rd party content providers
Cons
- More flexibility around the end user communications specifically around managers
- Access to Data for reporting and integrations from learning into central data bases
- Automation of training REAL time getting people to work
- Administrative tasks are lessened, allowing them to focus on more strategic and optimization
Having a contact with SAP while working with partners assists in keeping the communication and updates seamless through all resources.
Cornerstone is not as intuitive and has more limitations than SAP SuccessFactors LMS. A lot of clients coming from CSOD love the features available with revisioning, assignment profiles, and instructor interface.
