Evaluating SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Competitors

Yes - Recruitment and Onboarding products . SuccessFactors provided a better solution in terms of candidate experience and seamless candidate journey all the way through from recruitment to Onboarding to Employee central . This helped us roll out a global solution to 28 countries . We are due to roll the solution to yet more countries .

Adaptability , seamless integration and ease of use were some of the most important considerations for us to implement the solution . We have several downstream systems we integrate with so having Successfactors allowed us to have one source of truth to propagate information to all of our downstream systems to attain a seamless integration across the board. We also like story reports that help provide compresensive reporting capabilities.
We would look at all the latest release features , Artificial intelligence offerings , reach out to SuccessFactors customers to understand their implementation adoption strategy and then plan the implementation. We would also explore the third party vendor integrations such as walkme to evaluate how we could enhance adoption by providing help throughout the employee life cycle process .

We had a relatively good implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors . The integration capabilities were excellent and some features helped us seamlessly implement the HR processes .
