SAP SuccessFactors enables MAG to have a holistic view of its people and organisational data. Through SAP SuccessFactors Work Force Analytics we are able to create insightful visualisations on a high number of people data measures which allows business leaders to make key decisions more efficiently.

SAP Cloud platform has allowed our company to place data at the forefront of all operational processes, using this SuccessFactors data has enabled business leaders to make business critical decisions using workforce analytics, these insights will allow us to grow as an organisation.
We have already incorporated Joule however it is my belief that we will futureproof our organisation by using AI to enable business leaders to forecast workforce planning data to enable our operation to become more efficient and therefore grow as an organisation.
