Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are a full suite organization. We are currently experiencing problems with onboarding rehires and converting contingent workers over to regular employees. Currently, the system will not allow for rehire with old employment history. Also, the system will not allow for you to keep the contingent worker employee number, you have to generate a new one then merge the training records.

We are a global company and have had to build certain rules or workflows different for certain countries and were able to do with the flexibility within SAP SuccessFactors.
The system is user friendly compared to other HRIS
SuccessFactors is up to date with the AI. Also, there are a couple of options of how to use AI with different types of organizations. For ZimVie, we are not there yet but trying to prep our system to get there. During the HR Connect SuccessFactors provided different tools and strategies.
We would like to incorporate AI on the recruiting and onboarding side to help get candidates in the door quicker. Also, we would like AI to help with ESS and MSS as our business is hesitant to put anything extra on the employees or managers.
With SAP SuccessFactors having a full suite capability has made it easy for my organization to select them as our HR System.

SAP SuccessFactors offers a full suite and allows for employee self service and manager self service. A lot of companies are moving in that direction and SAP SuccessFactors seems to be ahead of the technology curve compared to other HR Systems.

The SuccessFactors support is hit or miss. We have had to escalate tickets because of no response or them not fully reading our responses.

Yes, we have preferred success and our customer support rep is amazing and he has to push our tickets along all the time. He does what he can but seems as though his hands are tied in certain situations.
Our customer success partner is amazing and is always prepared. He is very proactive and looking ahead and to the future for our company.

Integrating SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors has the knowledge on their end. It is some of the other vendors that does not know or understand the integration with SAP SuccessFactors that we have had a difficult time with.

  • HireRight
Docusign has been more of a challenge than expected. There are a lot less features than what was told to us. For example, we would like to have DocuSign integrated with the documents within EC.

Keep them coming. Keep the options open to other vendors and the current ones more options.
