Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are an SAP SuccessFactors partner and customer. We are a smaller organization but deal with global compliance as well as a very complex org and compensation structure. SAP SuccessFactors has helped us automate our entire process from start to finish, specifically for bonus and merit planning.

Usability for SuccessFactors hits all generations of the workplace which is why they excel in this area.
We are a global company and SuccessFactors localization allowed us to have one place for all data. We also are in the process of implementing Joule to enable our employees to be more efficient in their jobs. Lastly - we are an organization that is commonly going through change. We have changed our Performance process 5+ times in the last 8 years and SuccessFactors flexibility allowed us to handle all the complexities and changes.
We do plan on allowing employees and managers to leverage the AI capabilities. We particularly have a big focus to do more goal planning and some of our employees struggle with starting points. I think the generative AI capabilities for creating a goal is going to be a big help.
SAP SuccessFactors enterprise platform as out performed the other solutions in many ways. They are the most global, localized platform on the market which was a big need for us. SAP also allows for in-house or outsourced payroll which provided u flexibility as we scaled.

SAP SuccessFactors is well suited for complex organization with large global populations. They also do well with small organizations that need a simple and compliant solution.
