Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors to assist our customers, fulfilling their talent acquisition, and talent management needs.

Cons

  • The ability to find and recover previous applicants is complex
  • It’s a very manual process to get employees to update, maintain their internal records
  • Our customers have seen the last time we spent on tasks now that they Run everything in one system
They’re still areas that are clunky, but overall it’s good.
More we are able to embed all of our workflows and one platform.
AI is interesting, however, we use other vendors to fulfill this need.
SAP SuccessFactors is ahead of its time and technological development. If you had asked me five years ago, I would’ve said they were way behind, but now the others are behind.
