Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

The support has been excellent. They have always assisted us with modifications or assistedwith issues we had with the Scale product.
It is used in our department for a variety of services. We have created different data storages and even created VM machines.
  • Their service technicians are very professional. They assisted us with issues that we have encountered with our Scale product.
  • At the present time, I do not see any missing functionalities with this product.
We do not run any business critical applications on the HC3.
  • It has saved us a lot of money on RAID cabinets that we had before we purchased Scale. Our return on investment was less then 3 years.
None. We have only purchased the Scale storage for now.
I am not sure if I would use Scale to create VM machines, because I know we could always use more space to store our data.
