Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SciQuest is used across the university for most purchases. For a few contracted vendors it provides a direct link to their website, for others it creates a form to be faxed over.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy the direct link to vendor websites.
The software is quick and user friendly.
I like that you can utilize it on a number of platforms, from my phone to my desktop.

Cons

I'd like to see more detailed sorting/reporting. By account number, or shipping address, etc.
I'd love to see a search documents button that is always visible. Clicking through two links is annoying to find a PO.
