Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad

We use it for note-taking, task management, prospecting, pipeline management, and pipeline visibility. I personally use it every hour of the workday. It is incredibly efficient and beneficial for all salespeople across all industries and verticals. I personally will not work at another company that uses Salesforce without Scratchpad. It's that good. I never have to interface with SFDC b/c of Scratchpad.

  • Prospecting ease.
  • Note taking.
  • Task management.
  • Integration with other tools like Superhuman (email).
  • Auto task completion.
  • I can't think of anything else.
  • I save many hours a week using Scratchpad to simply manage my tasks.
  • I no longer waste time waiting for SFDC to load.
  • I can easily create opps, adjust the pipeline, and check to see if someone is already prospecting into an account.

Scratchpad is appropriate for SDR/BDR & AE's along with their management. It will allow managers to be able to track pipelines with ease, without having to use the clunkiness of SFDC. It can pull reports of anything imaginable. For AE's, they can easily use the platform to track anything they need to. For SDRs, they can convert leads simply as well.
