Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut for my everyday recruiting needs. SeekOut has been an absolute gamechanger enabling me to be more efficient and effective in my role. I primarily use SeekOut to source passive talent and gather data from all over the web to reach out and engage on top-tiered talent.

  • Mapping talent to search strings.
  • Finding cleared talent.
  • Data Insights.
  • Collecting various links on candidates such as social profiles and websites.
  • AI matching tool can be improved - UI/UX can be better presented.
  • Messaging templates can be updated more frequently.
  • Some LinkedIn profiles are outdated.
  • Github filter.
  • Security clearance sourcing.
  • Access to millions of profiles.
  • I am able to build solid pipelines of great talent with SeekOut's search capabilities.
  • Our hires from passive talent has increased versus applicants.

SeekOut is a great tool for recruiters to add to their arsenal on sourcing talent. I find that SeekOut is best to find technical talent as you have many different data points to filter and find the talent needed. Additionally, having access to view Github Repos is amazing to see where people are skilled at to help source the appropriate talent pools needed for your search. Lastly, I find SeekOut best for recruiters & sources who are boolean geeks.
