Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to be able to have an exact search. There is no business problem the product addresses, I really love how specific I can get my search.

SeekOut is an amazing tool to have. You are able to filter and search for the exact candidate you are looking for. As a recruiter, this cuts time for me in half for I am able to search for specific skillsets, companies, and levels of experience.
SeekOut has a specific filter that LinkedIn does not have and that is the levels of experience. This allows me to see how junior or senior someone is based on the job I am trying to recruit for. Also, SeekOut allows you to control the year the candidate graduated as well as the university they went to.

During my current search, I was having a difficult time sourcing female software backend engineers. However, when I started using SeekOut I was able to search and use specific filters such as certain companies, gender, race, and levels of experience. The main difference between SeekOut and other sourcing systems/software's it minimizes the people you have already viewed which is very helpful.
