Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use it for sourcing Engineering Talent based on our open positions. SeekOut addresses the search features that can be closely targeted to find matching talent in a variety of ways and resources.
- Power filter search.
- Diversity search.
- Keyword search.
- Events, layoff and other searches.
- Simpler and quick search features.
- Better Talent Insights and market intelligence features.
- Webpage formatting and layout are too clunky and can be fixed by better font selection (bigger), more readable, and fewer texts/lines to read. The tool can get exhaustive to use and the tool fatigue needs to be fixed if one spends hours on it.
- Adding favorites bars that have Current projects, saved searches, etc., for better organization.
- On demand training in built.
- Additions of new tools in free resources.
- SeekOut specific - real time Boolean search examples.
- improved Recruiter experience.
- Diversity search has been helpful.
- not sure of time to hire but surely offers vast variety of candidates to source from.
SeekOut is unique and built very intelligently, offering one platform while others do not come with such a variety of features.
