Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut to proactively source underrepresented talent using the filters that SeekOut prodives. SeekOut is also used for outreach since it unlocks candidate's information that can be used to message them. What SeekOut helps us work through is having access to more candidates and making it easier to find the qualified talent from URGs.

  • Not sure how much of the needle has been moved in number of hires for URG candidates
The support team is easily accessible and always incredibly helpful. They want you to use the tool and they want to makes sure it works for you and your team so they'll go above and beyond to provide you with the resources and tools you need to succeed. I can't recommend their support team enough.

I think SeekOut is a helpful tool and is really useful for recruiters on the professional side. It allows you to unlock a lot of candidates you wouldn't have access to normally and makes it easy to use filters to find candidates for your role. It's not incredibly well suited for campus recruiting.
