I use SeekOut to locate and identify matching talent for my organization's open nursing and advanced practice positions for multiple facilities in the health system. SeekOut empowers us to contact targeted candidates who match the criteria we enter into the system. We can target by specialty, location, etc. The powerful search function has enhanced AI, so you can select a candidate who meets all of your preferred and required criteria and locate additional exact matches. This keeps our "top of funnel" full for our TA Partners while ensuring we are working with top talent. The campaigning features allow us to set up touchpoints with candidates to ensure they receive a white-glove experience.
