Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut to locate and identify matching talent for my organization's open nursing and advanced practice positions for multiple facilities in the health system. SeekOut empowers us to contact targeted candidates who match the criteria we enter into the system. We can target by specialty, location, etc. The powerful search function has enhanced AI, so you can select a candidate who meets all of your preferred and required criteria and locate additional exact matches. This keeps our "top of funnel" full for our TA Partners while ensuring we are working with top talent. The campaigning features allow us to set up touchpoints with candidates to ensure they receive a white-glove experience.

Our account representative is excellent. In using chat support, you cannot always receive an answer immediately. Overall a very good experience with the company's support. We had to request regular training sessions for our team, as this is not something they automatically set up for us. SeekOut does have a lot of video-created training users can refer to on their website, YouTube, and other social channels.
SeekOut is the best of the options I've evaluated (within the last 8 months). SeekOut offers a user-friendly interface, flexible searching with Boolean or Power Filters, AI matching, competition insights, and campaigns which are essential to making more hires - FASTER. In the current market, SeekOut has helped us get candidates to the top of the funnel faster and more efficiently.

From a sourcing and recruiting perspective, SeekOut is a premium tool to identify passive candidates. For example, we had a difficult search for a specialized OR Nurse, and were able to quickly identify a long list of potential candidates to reach out to. From that search, the SeekOut sourced candidate was the one who was hired. This candidate was not looking for anything new, and responded only because we sent her a message to intrigue her about our company.
